Bious Anti-Aging Balancing Face Toner is an effective mist infused with a high quality mountain and marine plant extracts, moisturizers that help skin remain balanced and healthy.

Complex of Marine sourced extracts (Chondrus Crispus, Sargassum Muticum) and Swiss Alpine Edelweiss (Leontopodium alpinum) extract promote skin regeneration, reduce irritation and ensure delivery of the antioxidants. Sodium carboxymethyl beta-glucan, sodium hyaluronate and sodium PCA help the skin to retain moisture, balance its delicate pH and protective barrier.
