    In order to enter into service and other agreements, to fulfil our contractual obligations and to administer our visitors, we may collect:

    ON WHAT BASIS DO WE COLLECT THIS DATA AND HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?

    We collect data in order to enter into service and other contracts, to fulfil our contractual obligations and to administer our visitors:

    • for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation)
    • to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation)
    • for legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation)

    We keep this data for 10 years after the end of the contract, the date of the last cooperation or the date of the contract negotiations.

    In order to administer the e-shop and to fulfil visitors’ orders for goods, we collect the data:

    • for the purpose of concluding a transaction (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation)
    • for legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation)

    We keep this data for 3 years from the date of the last customer’s use of the e-shop services or website content.

    In order to process your requests, enquiries, queries and complaints, we collect data:

    • for legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation)

    We keep this data for 10 years after the date of your last contact.

    For direct marketing purposes, we may collect data for:

    • with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation)
    • for legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation)
    • on the basis of Article 69 of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, which provides that:

    “a person who, in the course of providing services or selling goods in accordance with the procedures and conditions laid down by the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, receives from his customers’ e-mail contact details may use these contact details for the marketing of his own similar goods or services, provided that the customers are provided with a clear, free of charge and easily enforceable opportunity to oppose or opt-out of such use of the contact details for the purposes set out above, where the contact details are collected, and provided that the customer did not initially object to such use of the contact details in the course of sending each message”.

    We retain this data for 5 years from the date of consent, and in the case of direct marketing carried out in accordance with Article 69 of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, until the person expresses his/her opposition to the direct marketing.     TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

    We only transfer your personal data to trusted third parties and only for the purpose of the quality of our services and the proper fulfilment of the purposes of the processing of personal data. Specifically, your data may be transferred to:
